Please check your order carefully & ensure all details are correct & that you have clearly understood the products and requested. If you are in any doubt please let us know immediately. Don’t forget we are here to help.
We ask that all goods are paid for prior to delivery with cleared funds. Payment can be made via our website over a secure connection. You have the option of bank transfer we will dispatch goods upon cleared funds.
ALL CREDIT CARD/DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS WILL BE SENT TO REGISTERED CARD ADDRESS (PAYPAL PAYMENTS) UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED.
When placing orders internationally, customers are responsible for arranging return shipments to our London CR43BH warehouse in the event of damages. In case of damage, customers are advised to seek compensation through available insurance claims. It’s important to highlight that potential refunds will be processed as settlements provided by insurance providers, rather than directly by us.
To enhance security, all dispatched goods will be shipped using an insured method that fully covers the value of the items being shipped.
Please take note that items tailored to meet the specific measurements and requirements of the customer, referred to as “made-to-measure” items, cannot be returned. This policy is applicable to instances where we have customized a product based on the specifications provided by the customer.
In cases of uncertainty or ambiguity, this agreement of sale will be subject to and governed by British Law, adhering to all relevant legal regulations.
Delivery is to mainland UK only. (International deliveries to Mainland Only unless otherwise agreed in writing!)
Goods once ordered will be dispatched with 14 working days of the order been received. All items are inspected before they are dispatched thoroughly; items are packed and sometimes double packed to ensure that damage does not occur in transit to you the customer.
We at Bathroomwarehouse UK LTD are keen for high level of service in pursuit of that all orders will be confirmed by us primarily via e-mail or over the telephone (in the case of long distance purchases), a dispatch confirmation will be given, this will inform when the goods will be dispatched and inform you of the pending delivery.
IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU SEND US YOUR TELEPHONE DETAILS TO AID DELIVERY
Both Carriers will attempt two deliveries without any additional charge. If, however, a third attempt is required, £20.00 will be charged. Alternatively, you can contact the Carrier and arrange to collect the item from the Carrier’s local depot where that is possible.
Where fragile or large bulky items are being delivered, we will arrange an agreeable delivery date, using a dedicated delivery Company, to ensure the products arrive safely and undamaged. On arrival, fragile goods should be unwrapped and inspected carefully by the customer for any signs of damage. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the items are inspected fully before signing the delivery documentation. A re-delivery charge of £70.00 will be payable if the initial delivery fails, due to the customer not being available at the pre-arranged date.
Delivery quoted is to any single UK mainland address only – using a one man delivery to ground floor locations only
All Our items are always present in our warehouse before listing.
You should NOT arrange fitting any products before receiving and checking the goods.
We pride ourselves in providing quality products, we quality check all our products prior to dispatch. If in the unlikely instance you receive a product damaged or faulty, we ask you to inform us within 48 hours. We will be happy to replace the product like for like at no extra cost to you. All our products carry a 12 month warranty against manufacture faults. We will in most cases try to repair any faults found, if that is not possible we will replace with a like for like exchange, or if the item is not available you will be given a suitable replacement of equal value.
Returns & Warranty Information
All home delivery items must be checked at the time of delivery to ensure they are not faulty or damaged. if they appear faulty or damaged, you must refuse the complete delivery and inform our customer services department immediately via eBay messaging. if a product is accepted by the customer and signed for as being in perfect condition, we cannot accept any claim for faulty or damaged goods thereafter. it is the customer’s full responsibility to check the goods thoroughly before signing the delivery documentation. if you decide to accept goods without inspecting them, you do this at your own risk.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
You may cancel this agreement at any time up to 14 days after we have delivered the goods to you. If we have delivered the goods, you must not have used them and must have kept them in the condition they were delivered. You must return them to us or request us to collect them, in either case, at your cost.
The goods must be returned to us in perfect condition, with the original undamaged packaging. If any damages occur during transit the customer is responsible in full and a refund will not be given. The total amount to be refunded will be the price paid less any delivery charges.
After 14 days of purchase (from the point you have received the goods) we will not accept any returns, but we may consider swapping for another product, but the cost of delivery back to us will be applied and we will notify you of that cost. Made to Measure items, are not returnable.
We will reimburse any amounts you have paid to us within 7 days of the return of the goods, having deducted any return costs and administration fee if applicable.
For international orders: The client must bear all the costs of return. If you have not checked the products for faults or damage before signing for the product all liabilities for return rest on the buyer. This will include the cost of return and customs clearance.
This guarantee is in addition to any warranties or conditions implied by law and nothing in these terms affect your statutory rights. Guarantee on all items except cast iron baths are for 1 year only unless mentioned otherwise.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY CLAIMS ONCE A DELIVERY NOTE HAS BEEN SIGNED OR A DELIVERY HAS BEEN COMPLETED AS THE CUSTOMER HAS INSTRUCTED
*Terms do not apply to small ‘Parcel Carrier’ Companies such as Parcel force, Royal mail and City-Link.
WE STRONGLY ADVISE CERAMIC, CHINA , CAST IRON, COPPER, WOODEN AND ACRYLIC PRODUCTS BE INSPECTED AND SIGNED FOR BY THE CUSTOMER ON DELIVERY
Deliveries are made to the card holders address for security. We aim to provide competitive delivery rates and are constantly reviewing our delivery service to keep the cost low. You can collect small items from the store free of charge. You can collect large items free of charge. It is your soul responsibility to ensure that you have adequate means of collection and transport for your goods ordered. We will hold your order at our premises for 14 working days. If this is exceeded we will contact you to make further arrangements. Before collecting you must contact us and arrange for a pick up time.
We reserve the right to adjust or review our terms and conditions from time to time. Please check our terms and conditions for orders placed
Personalised and made to measure items
We regret we cannot accept returns on personalised or made to measure items unless they are faulty. In that case they can only be repaired and returned to the client.
This includes any items that are made to a specific length set by the customer (like our Copper Bathtubs or any other item made to your requirements), any bespoke finishes (non stock paint colour (none white in the case of cast iron baths, bespoke veneer or non standard surface finish etc) and those with bespoke design modifications.
